In 2008 he completed the Academy of Music in Lodz, Poland in the class of Prof. Andrzej Niemierowicz. Also in 2008 he was engaged by the Grand Theatre in Lodz where he debuted with the part of Fred Eynsford-Hill in musical My Fair Lady by F. Loewe.
He took part in the vocal courses led by Helena Lazarska, Kaludi Kaludow and Piotr Kusiewicz.
His repertoire covers the parts: Max (Der Freischütz, C. M. von Weber), Don Jose (Carmen, G. Bizet), Cavaradossi (Tosca, G. Puccini), Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly, G. Puccini), Prince (Rusalka, A. Dvořák), Samson (Samson and Delilah,C. Saint-Saëns), Manrico (Il trovatore, G. Verdi), Stefan (Straszny Dwór, S. Moniuszko), Hoffmann (The Tales of Hoffmann, J. Offenbach), Calaf (Turandot, G. Puccini), Othello (Othello, G. Verdi.), Radames (Aida, G. Verdi), Dick Johnson ( La Fanciulla del West, G. Puccini ).
At the Grand Theatre National Opera in Warsaw he created the part of Stefan in Haunted Manor by Stanisław Moniuszko directed by David Pountney and conducted by Andriy Yurkevych.
During the season 2016/2017 Dominik Sutowicz was engaged by the Tiroler Landestheater in Innsbruck, to sing the role of the Prince in Antonín Dvořáks Opera Rusalka.
After his great success in Innsbruck as Hoffmann (Tales of Hoffmann by J. Offenbach) he finally got to sing Hoffmann in the following theatres: Finnish National Opera in Helsinki – in the production of Johannes Erath conducted by Patrick Fournillier, Opera Krakau – in the production of Michal Znaniecki conducted by Tomasz Tokarczyk and in Anhaltisches Theater Dessau in the production of Roman Hovenbitzer conducted by Elisa Gogou.
On the occasion of the 200th Birthday anniversary of Stanislaw Moniuszko he sung the part of Jontek at the Berliner Philharmonie. This concert conducted by Gabriel Chmura was recorded by the label Naxos and released on CD.

He speaks Polish, English and understands German very well.
